A Time to Speak is a message from Israel that appears in monthly issues. Each one is built around a theme that relates to Israel and the Middle East – past and present. The contents include history, background, current events, analysis and comment, and excerpts from published writings.

A Time To Speak is designed to go behind and beyond the standard news media reporting, that is necessarily brief and too often unnecessarily incompetent. A Time To Speak is entirely independent, and has no affiliation with any group, organization or political party.

These messages may be quoted or cited for websites, synagogue or church bulletins, school reports, letters to government officials or newspapers or broadcasting stations. If so, please give attribution and please do not change the texts.
